How to play
The Drawer
Sketches the instrument or device. No letters, numbers or words in the drawing.
The Clue-Giver
Describes it out loud. Can't say the name, any part of it, any taboo word on the card, or any letters or numbers.
- Form teamsSplit into teams with the same number of players. Each team picks a Drawer and a Clue-Giver. Switch roles every turn so everyone gets a go.
- Draw a cardThe host picks a difficulty and the app draws a card. Show it only to the Clue-Giver and Drawer. Keep it hidden from everyone else.
- Start the clockThe host starts the one-minute timer. The Drawer sketches while the Clue-Giver describes, using synonyms, associations, gestures and explanations.
- Guess!Teammates shout out guesses at any time during the minute. The other team stays quiet and watches for fouls.
- Score itThe host stops the clock the moment the team names it. The team earns the card's difficulty points plus every second left on the clock.
- Learn it, pass itRead the instrument fact, then the next team goes. Play until the cards run out or a team hits the target score. Highest score wins.
